The codes for your free exhibitor badges and already purchased badges are:

Please enter these codes on our exhibitor registration website (www.itb-asia.com/registration) and fill out the respective form (exhibitor pass). Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation email including your confirmation ID-Number(s). With these number(s) you will get your free exhibitor passes directly on the fairgrounds at our registration desks.If you need additional exhibitor badges, you can purchase them as well on www.itb-asia.com/registration.

-          Exhibitor Service Manual
All information connected to organising a successful participation, various order forms and special marketing opportunities (some free of charge) are now available online. Please click here to download them. Contact details of the various partners are listed on each form. 

-          Registration of Co-Exhibitors
The last deadline for the registration of Co-exhibitors is September 10. Please note that afterwards a registration of co-exhibitors is not possible anymore.

-         Press Pigeonholes

As exhibitor of ITB Asia, you have the opportunity to book a press pigeonhole free of charge to supply all media representatives with your latest news. Please send form I1 from our ITB Asia Exhibitor Service Manual back to Messe Berlin until October 8 at the latest to make a binding reservation. -          Press Guide
Our ITB Asia Press Guide contains media contact details of registered exhibitors and intents to assist all journalists in making appointments during the trade show. If you want to take advantage of this free service we kindly ask you to send form I2 from our ITB Asia Exhibitor Service Manual back to Messe Berlin until October 1 at the latest. If you have any further questions, please contact Ms. Astrid Ehring (ehring@messe-berlin.de)

-          Presentation Rooms

All ITB Asia exhibitors have the opportunity to book one 3-hour-slot for a meeting room at Suntec Singapore free of charge for buyer presentations or workshops on a first come first serve basis. We will provide you basic room equipment (chairs, beamer, screen)

mints, paper, pen, water and a listing of your event in the ITB Asia events calendar. Due to a high response, we only have rooms available on October 24 from 9:00-12:00, 12:00-15:00 or 15:00-18:00. If you are interested in making a non-binding inquiry please contact Ms. Sabine Bierlein (bierlein@messe-berlin.de) or complete form A3.

-          ITB Asia Singapore Night

We kindly invite you to the official ITB Asia Opening Night, hosted by Singapore Tourism Board the Official ITB Asia Partner Country 2008. Look forward to be awed by performances and activities set against Singapore’s beautiful city skyline at this excellent networking function! Singapore Night will take place on October, 22, 2008 at 6.30pm at the Marina Bay Floating Platform.

-          Invite your customers

Your customers can now register to attend ITB Asia at www.itb-asia.com/registration.

When they pre-register online they can save valuable time and money.  All online registrants pay USD 80, compared to USD 120 on-site and avoid queues at the registration counters. 

-          Inform your customers about your participation at ITB Asia

ITB Asia provides official banners which you can integrate in your website to inform your customers about your participation at ITB Asia. These banners can be downloaded on our website.

-          Asian Meetings and Events Conference

Meeting Professionals International (MPI) is hosting the first-ever Asian Meetings and Events Conference in Singapore October 24-25, 2008, creating a unique opportunity for ITB Asia attendees and exhibitors.
