Also known as the Russian Market this is possibly the best market in Phnom Penh to buy souvenirs with a large range of antiques both real and fake. Carvings, statues and Buddha’s are but a few of the items you will find here. Popular brand named clothing is also available, along with a large variety of beautiful silks and other fabrics. A large selection of music CD’s, DVD’s and computer games can also be found in abundance here. 

The Russian Markets are busy and full of life, as well as being able to buy thousands of things you don't really need, and gifts for people who don't really need them but you'll have a marvelous experience just looking around.

Just outside of the Russian Markets towards the back is a clump of shops and a cafe called Yej Cafe. This cafe serves some of the best food in Phnom Phen. The staff that work there all wear yellow and the whole cafe is done up in purple and yellow. The bathroom is brilliant too.  The girls that work there have all been through different programs including destiny rescue and sunshine house. They have been through rape, abuse and other such issues and this cafe helps to recruit them and give them an income.  

So by eating here you will not only be treated to brilliant food but be helping worthy causes.
